Exercise

Frequent relaxation as said before at pregnancy is hygienic. Relaxation could be in form of exercise or a physical activities: sports, gardening, dancing, cooking, walking etc. except if it causes discomfort. Physical efforts that are highly demanding or energy sapping should be avoided most especially at the sixth to eighth week of delivery. Watch the video below for practicals.

Exercise at antenatal period is for the control of muscles; to prevent stiffening while preparing for child birth. Adequate exercise will allow the expectant mother to have better muscular and breathing control at labour - the delivery period. The flexible tissues and tendons (on account of a good exercise) will also make the woman regain her original feminine shape after delivery.
